Do you want to learn how to manage your time more effectively? Then stop looking at the clock!
Most of the time, our habit of glancing at the watch every few minutes gets in our way of creating success.
Yes, we all have appointments at particular times. Planes and trains to catch and people to see.
But we’ve become so dependent on clocks and watches that we’ve lost our innate ability to listen within.
We eat because it is 12noon, not because we are hungry. Or we go to bed at 10 simply because it’s 10.
At those times of the day when we really don’t need a clock, we use it anyway and allow it to tell us what to do next.
Action – I have a little challenge for you. For one full day, take your watch off.
Do what you choose when you choose for as long as you choose.
And see what happens.
(Most people pick Sunday as their first no-watch day – it’s better than choosing not to do this at all but Sunday is simply the safer option! What day will you choose? Please leave your response in the comments box.)
