Success results from well-directed energy.
And if you have no energy left, there is no way you can create the success you want.
Now, I’m not going to give you a lecture in health and fitness. I’m not qualified to do that.
But I am qualified in understanding what it takes to achieve goals in life. And there is no doubt that sound physical health is right near the top of the list.
Being in good health gives you the energy to stay focused on your goals. It gives you mental clarity and physical stability.
When was the last time you went to the gym? How about the last time you said “No” to extra fries in a restaurant? Do you have a few extra pounds around those hips that needs to be gone?
I hear lots of people say that they simply do not have time to be focused on their health.
Huh?
If you don’t have time now, today, when will you?
Oh, I know … when you’re dead! Which you’ll get to a lot sooner if you do not make your health and well-being a top priority.
Action – Start with just one change today. Maybe it’s getting off the bus a few stops early. Perhaps you will commit to one less takeaway meal this week. Or maybe you’ll agree to spending an extra $20 in the fruit and veg aisle at the grocery store.
Whatever it is, tell one other person what it is you plan to do and ask them to hold you accountable.
This change will soon become a natural habit, one that directly leads to the success you want to achieve.
