“Oh, I can’t do it.”

You know – I hear that phrase waaaaaaaaaay too often.

When teaching or working with new clients, they often say “I can’t do it” or “it won’t work” – not because that’s actually true but because they don’t have confidence in their abilities.

Would you be where you are today if you couldn’t make things happen?

Of course not! But you may have forgotten just how much you are capable of.

Action – The fastest way to erase the phrase “I can’t” and build confidence up is to be acknowledging our successes.

At the end of every day, write out 5 successes from that day.

Maybe you made a difficult call, got to a meeting early, had a positive conversation with one of the kids or even finally cleaned up a drawer.

Acknowledge no less than 5 successes every day and soon you will silence that “I can’t” voice.

(What is one success you already know you have achieved today? Please leave your reply in the comments box.)
