We all struggle with negative attitudes. Here are some quick tips for changing your negative attitude to a positive one in seconds:

For low motivation…
– take a brisk three-minute walk
– tell yourself five times to go big or go home
– complete just one task in the next ten minutes

For low self-esteem…
– remember one thing you did well in the last 24 hours
– get a pep talk from a friend
– wrap you arms around your shoulders, give yourself a hug and smile

For tough times…
– remind yourself that you’ve faced hard or harder stuff before
– tell yourself you’re ready to do whatever you need to do
– think about the calm after the storm

And for exhaustion…
– go home and sleep!

Just because these bits of advice are short doesn’t mean they aren’t valid.

Action – Give them a shot – you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain!

    I love the Success Quick Tips audio! The tips are short which I love and straight to the point. My favorite for the tough times is to remind yourself that you’ve faced hard or harder stuff before; and for low-motivation, tell yourself to go big or go home. We all face daily trials and struggles and our moods can change from minute to minute depending on what we are faced with. This was a friendly reminder to myself for a few things I am being faced with. Thanks for sharing!

  2. Sometimes getting started is the hardest part. I like the “complete one task in the next ten minutes”. This gets the work started and hopefully keeps you going!
