People think there is success on one hand and failure on the other. This explains why so many are afraid of either … or both.

What if we looked at success and failure a little differently? What if success and failure simply traveled in a circular motion?

Each failure, if viewed as an opportunity to learn, immediately becomes a success. Our lessons actually come from failing.

And each success can become a failure if it too is not seen as a chance to learn and evolve.

Some of us fear failure because of illusions of rejection, of lack or perhaps as a result of our competitive belief systems.

Others fear success because they’ve learned that it brings jealousy, unwanted attention or guilt.

Success and failure are definitions or states of mind. One man’s failure is another’s success, so they are not categorical FACTS.

Action – So, if you find yourself stuck out of fears of success or failure, or both, have a look at your perceptions. Restructure or reword old definitions so that you can get moving again.

And know that success and failure are not mutually exclusive. They feed each other every single day.
