Using acupressure points in your hands and fingers, you can help bring on a state of relaxation.

– Start by rubbing your hands together. Roll your fingers around as though washing your hands. Then, gently pull the fingers of one hand through the other and vice versa. Rub the inside of each finger from bottom to top.

Next, slowly stroke across each eyebrow about 7 times.

Finally, stoke slow, gentle circles on your temples. As you do this, deeply inhale and exhale five times.

This simple routine takes less than 3 minutes but can immediately help you relax any tense facial muscles so you feel calmer and quieter instantly.
