So … you don’t like the results you’re getting?
If you don’t like what’s happening, it’s up to you to do things differently.
Your results have nothing to do with the client, the boss, your spouse, or your colleagues. They have everything to do with your actions – because your actions are the fundamental building blocks of your results.
If you choose to browse the Web instead of making calls, you’ll see the results – you may not like them, but they are the results of your actions.
If you choose drinking coffee over taking a walk, the result is your responsibility.
If you feel absolutely overwhelmed and do nothing, that’s your choice.
If you say you have no choice, that’s what you’ve chosen because there’s always a choice.
Action – Today, consciously make choices that will move you forward in a positive way. And every time you make a choice, figure out what the possible results are.
I love this! I am 100% responsible for my actions AND results. Great reminder!
That is true: we always have the choice of deciding everythinf in our life!!! So, our life depends, directly, on the result of ours choices!!! Fantastic note!
It is great reminder! You, and only you, choose all in your life. If you dislike something – it is a right time to make changes, to choose something you like.
absolutely true – there is always a choice, although we might not always want to take responsibility for our choices, they ARE our responsibility nonetheless. embrace your freedom of choice!! 🙂
It’s very useful, each people are faced with various options, each choice is to reach the possible results.
Awesome again. Thanks!
Liza
Great, great reminder; thank you, Nancy. I keep a copy of the poem, Invictus, at my desk to remind me of this very thing.
“It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.”
I make my luck and I am responsible for whatever results I get from my work.
This one hits home to me because I love free will but it comes with great responsibility. It is always nice to be reminded that I do have choices.
Nancy thanks for the reminder… we used to know this stuff but we forget it when we are overwhelmed so I really appreciate your words today!!
