It’s called the 3H Club.
It stands for Heart, Head, Hands.
Hmmm, sounds a bit odd.
Let me tell you a bit more.
In physics, there is a flow of energy when objects are aligned to each other. That alignment allows energy to be conducted easily, effectively and without disruption.
You could say that when objects are aligned, they create a successful flow of energy.
We humans can create that same success when we are aligned. Aligned internally.
Here’s the easiest way to do it.
Focus your attention on creating an alignment between your heart, your head and your hands.
Your values are based in your heart. The core of who you are, what you believe and where your truth lives. Your head is the place in which plans for living those values can be logically figured out. And your hands are the fundamental tool for putting those plans into action.
If you are feeling dissatisfied with work, or your relationships, or where you are at this point in life, I suspect your heart, head and hands are in some kind of conflict with each other. They are doing things separate from each other.
As you are truly aligned between heart, head and hands, your own energy will flow.
It is literally called “being in the flow” or “being in the zone”.
From this state, you will feel motivated and confident. You will make decisions, take actions and create success easily, effectively and without disruption.
The key, of course, is to start with the truth that lives in your heart.
Action – What do you really value in life?
What type of work brings you so much joy you would do it even if you weren’t getting paid?
If money was no object but you had to contribute something to the world each day, what would it be?
Somewhere in these answers lie your values.
Its time to create that alignment between your heart, your head and your hands.
