You are what you do. Your habits have brought you here.
If everything is as you want it to be, then you are a focused individual, fully self-aware. You probably have systems in place to help you track professional ambitions and personal relationships. And you are undoubtedly physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy.
However, if things are not so good, then your habitual attitudes and actions are getting in the way. You probably even know what most of them are – you say yes too often, jam your schedule or hang around negative people. And your mental habits of judging self and others and generally feeling cheated by your expectations, are bringing you down.
Action – Today, identify one attitude or action you want to shift. Do what is necessary to make that change a top priority.
