Bumblebees can’t fly. All the physical and aerodynamic laws say that bumblebees can’t fly. Their wings are too small for their chubby little bodies.
But they do fly. Why? Because they have goals to achieve – they have things they need to do, places to go, flowers to see.
Bumblebees fly because no one has told them that they can’t.
They make it nice and simple and they just do it. Nothing has been complicated by limiting beliefs, worries, hesitations or bad habits. They have a purpose and they just get on with it.
If your career or business isn’t where you want it to be, then maybe somewhere along the line something or someone, including yourself, has told you that you can’t fly.
Action – When you think of the success you would like to achieve (however you choose to define it), what is your immediate thought? Is it “oh this is going to be so much fun, I can hardly wait” or is your answer something a little closer to “oh geez, I can’t do THAT!”
Well, if it is, and you were a bumblebee, you wouldn’t get too far, would you?
