Even successful people have rotten days sometimes. And you are misguided or misinformed if you think success is a final location!
All things have an ebb and flow. Everything comes and goes. That is the rhythm of life.
That is why the old saying of ‘enjoy the journey, not the destination’ is not just some fluffy cliché!
Getting results comes after not getting results and before not getting results. Happiness precedes sadness just as sadness precedes happiness. It is always darkest before the dawn and night always follows day. And feeling positive and carefree will always follow a period of stress and overwhelm.
Action – Today, whether you feel positive or negative, strong or weak, confident or afraid, go with the flow. Do not hold the feeling as a fact but allow these feelings to come and go as they always will.
Thank you for your gentle reminder Nancy.
On my rotten days I tend to put off what I could do that day. It may take a little effort and energy to re-start the flow, but you know what, time does fly!
I find comfort in the knowing that I get better with practice.
Nancy, good morning! Thanks for the tips. Realemnte have the bad days and the mind need to work for these days do not affect our daily lives.
thank you
