Whether you’re in the back office or front and center, if you don’t know how to talk to peers, customers, prospects and bosses, you’re not going to get too far!

Research shows that 67% of HR or training managers are asked to incorporate business communication classes into their curriculum. 67%! Did we not pass our school exams?

There are some basic fundamentals for good communication.

Action – Local libraries and municipal education centers often offer adult-level courses. Perhaps your own company has some live or online classes too. And of course there are a myriad of books to pick from.

How you communicate with others IS how they will see you. Master communication and you can speak to anyone, anywhere, any time.
