For almost everything you WANT in life, there is something you currently have that you DON’T want.
You see, invariably we want to replace rather than add.
So, if we hold this premise to be absolutely true, uncovering a lifestyle that is peaceful and fully content becomes a simple exercise.
When I did this exercise, I realized my life was framed by negative relationships, a mindset of fear, and a story from my past that had no place in my world today.
I also realized I had the ability to get rid of the things I no longer wanted. In their place CAME those things I really wanted.
Action – So, make a list of all the things you want in life—a happier marriage, a different job, a bigger bank account, etc. What could that thing or situation be REPLACING?
For the things you want to come into your life, you must remove those things you no longer want.
