The people around you are like your mental feeding ground. Who you hang out with impacts most of the decisions you make and influences what you do!

– On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being very negative and 10 being very positive, how would you rate your contacts, including colleagues, relatives and friends?

Do people belittle your ideas, input or opinions? Or express doubt about your goals and plans? Who in your circle thinks small?

Examining your social environment can be a bit daunting. We don’t want to find that it’s negative, but if it is, you can make it more positive without necessarily getting rid of everyone you know!
