I have a club for those interested in the 3 H’s instead of the 4 H’s. My three H’s stand for ‘Heart, Head and Hands’.
In my 3H club, you create a successful flow of energy by aligning your heart, head and hands, just as we learned in physics class that energy flows through objects when they are aligned.
Your values are based in your heart. Your head creates plans for living those values. And your hands put those plans into action.
If you are feeling discontent with what you are doing or the results you are getting, your heart, head and hands are not aligned.
The key is to start with the values in your heart – they are the most powerful.
Action – Ask yourself this: “If money was no object and I had to contribute something to the world each day, what would it be?”
Some of your values lie in the answer. And that’s the best place to start.
