Napoleon Hill, author of “Think and Grow Rich” had many one-liners that summarized success. One of my personal favorites is this – whatever a mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

The 2 exceptionally important words in that phrase that explain why many folks struggle with their goals are “and believe”

You see, we all conceive or create our goals. And, statistically, a lot of us will achieve some of those goals anyway.

But what really makes the difference in achieving any goal or any real sense of success and personal fulfillment is having a deep belief … in what you’re doing, in its value and in your ability to get it done.

Action – If you’re taking actions toward a goal but are thinking something like “what’s the point” or “this is too much for me,” then you’ll definitely struggle.

Believe in what you’re doing or don’t waste time doing it!
