Negative words you use to describe your day can have an impact far beyond what you realize.

Using negative words can result in negative outcomes.

People complain about what’s not working, why things are bad, how things “should” and “shouldn’t” be. They spend more time and energy on being negative than on anything else.

But a simple change in perspective can change things!

What had to go RIGHT for you to get through yesterday?

Yes, things don’t always work out the way we want them to, but why let the negatives cancel out the positives and suck up all your energy at the same time?

Action – Start jotting down things that work well today. It could be as simple as waking up on time to something more complex like closing a deal.

As you focus on the things that go right, your energy is directed to the positive, and the negatives becomes much more insignificant.
