I’ve said it before and am about to say it again.
You CANNOT manage time. But you CAN manage the choices you make with the time you have.
And there’s a great technique for doing just that!
Have a Power Hour every day.
Action – The Power Hour is used to plan out today, tomorrow, next week, next year or all of them. Use it to review where you are in relation to where you want to be. Spend part of it prioritizing and planning all of today’s activities which may include what was missed yesterday.
It’s best to have a full Power Hour – you’ll find the 60 minutes of time spent reviewing, planning and strategizing will not only keep you focused and on track but will actually yield several hours of tangible results.
We’re often so busy busy busy doing doing doing we forget to ask ourselves if we’re actually doing the most effective things!
