There really is a way to get more done using less of your own time. That’s by hiring a virtual assistant, or VA.

VAs handle most of the tasks a personal assistant in your own office would. They craft documents, handle emails, develop spreadsheets, create PowerPoint presentations, maintain databases and much more. The reason they are VIRTUAL assistants is because they do all this work from their own office, anywhere in the world.

A professional coaching client of mine couldn’t hire a VA because of confidentiality issues at his office but he DID hire someone to handle his personal finances, appointment bookings and general family administration. In fact, having someone take care of these things freed up over 10 hours a month for both him and his wife! To them, that time was priceless.
