Tick tick tick – are you running out of time?
Remember – Lack of something, including time, is never the problem. It is the SYMPTOM of the problem. So what is causing the symptom of a lack of time?
Several things could contribute to feeling like there’s no time, but most often it is a basic problem of priorities. Most of us spend lots of time doing things, but are those activities truly connected to our priorities, or are they just things to do?
I know I can certainly fill up my days with …schtuff!
You cannot set priorities for your attitudes and actions without first knowing your personal and professional goals.
Action – What are your top three goals this month? What actions must you take to achieve those? And are you persistently, consistently taking those actions?
