If you knew at least one new opportunity will come to mind, how attentively would you read this posting?

If that question brought any shift in your attention, you’ve just experienced the way questions can impact your life.

I’m going to do something a little different today. I’m going to ask you some random questions. Some you’ll remember and some you won’t. Some you’ll write down and others won’t even hit your radar screen. That’s okay.

This is called an idea generator and, as the name suggests, it’s whole purpose is to stimulate ideas.

Action – Write down whatever comes to mind.

Ready?

What would you attempt if you knew you would not fail?

If you won $10 million but still had to go to work every day, what would you do?

What is your favorite quote or saying? Why?

Imagine you woke up tomorrow and your most pressing concern had been resolved while you slept. How would you know? How would someone else know?

If you knew you were going to die tomorrow, what would you feel you had missed?

What do you already know today that you will finally admit to in 6 months?

If you had the opportunity to be invisible for one day, where would you go? What would you want to see?

Allow your thoughts to happen and ideas to come. Then, create actions on what you’ve discovered.

(Which question did you immediately have a response for? Which did you avoid? Leave your answers in the comments box.)

  1. Nancy,
Great questions. Some of them I knew the answer to before I finished reading. But the one that was the hardest for me was admiting what I will in 6 months anyway. I like to think I’ve been open to myself and others about all of my dreams and aspirations. This may not (probably isn’t ) true, but how do I go about predicting the future?
