Those who succeed are able to see what is not yet there. This means they are able to be creatively open to situations and circumstances.

If you consider yourself to be more logical than imaginative, here are some tips for increasing creativity:

* Gather up 5 people from different areas of your life for a 60 minute brainstorming session on one of your challenges. Use time after the session to edit down the ideas.

* On your own, write a short story about the situation. Create fictitious villains and heroes who save the day.

* Learn haiku. The art of writing prose in a 5, 7, 5 syllable rhythm that combines both structure and creativity.

* Or read the book The Artist’s Way. It is packed with exercises and techniques for unleashing artistic imagination.

Action – Open your mind to possibilities that you cannot currently see by expanding your creativity and losing your limits.
