Many people want way more than they have.

When people are consumed by want, it usually means they are trying to fill some kind of hole.

Something is missing.

Because they want to feel they are living in a state of abundance, they spend more and more of their money on more and more things. And then they work some more to get more money to buy more things.

“Stuff” does not equal abundance. What you enjoy makes up abundance, not what you have.

Action – Make a list of 10 things that you could enjoy on any given day. An excellent cup of tea or coffee. A manicure. 15 minutes in a steam room.

This list of 10 is now your menu of daily treats. Each day for the next 2 weeks, choose one thing from that menu and do it. As you’re experiencing that special treat, appreciate the abundance in your life that exists now.
